Our sourdough buns are made with just four simple ingredients: sprouted buckwheat, flax, apple cider vinegar and Himalayan pink salt. They are sprouted and fermented for the most nutritious and tasty gluten-free bun you can find. With a chewy, almost english muffin consistency, and a nice sour taste, your burgers and sandwiches just got a whole lot better. Our buns are sold as a 6 pack.
