FANCY PB & J TOAST RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
- PACHA Buckwheat Buns
- Peanut Butter
- Raspberries
- Honey
- Lemon Juice
- Dark Chocolate
- Coconut Flakes
- Chia Seeds
*Simply emit honey for a vegan version of this recipe.
ADDITIONAL ADD-ONS:
- Blueberries
- Strawberries
- Sea Salt
- Cookie Butter
DIRECTIONS:
- Slice & toast your PACHA Buckwheat Buns to your liking!
- Spread a thin (or thick!) layer of peanut butter onto toasted buns.
- In a bowl, add your raspberries, a spoonful of honey, and a smidge of lemon juice. Mash with a spoon or fork to yield a puree-like raspberry compote, and add to the top of your bun.
- Top bun with dark chocolate slivers, coconut flakes, and chia seeds.
- Enjoy!
