Ingredients:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 bundle kale⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 medium delicata squash⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Seeds from 1 medium pomegranate⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Dressing:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
• 1 tbsp tahini⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
• 1 tbsp lemon juice⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
• 1 tbsp avocado oil⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
• 1 tsp grated ginger⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
• 1/4+ tsp salt (to taste)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

• 2 slices PACHA 3SEED Cheesy Herb ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
• 2 Tbsp Avocado oil⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

1. Preheat oven to 375°F⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2. Cube bread and slice delicata squash. Toss in avo oil.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3. Spread on baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
4. Combine dressing ingredients using a blender.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
5. Shop and lightly salt the kale. Massage with hands until dark green and tender.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
6. Combine it all, toss with tongs, and top with croutons before serving
