INGREDIENTS:
- PACHA Gluten-Free Buckwheat Loaf
- Vegan Cream Cheese
- Arugula
- Cucumber
- Lemon
- Nutritional Yeast
DIRECTIONS:
1) Slice & toast buckwheat bread.
2) Spread a layer of vegan cream cheese onto toast.
3) Slice cucumbers, and add to toast.
4) Using a grater or knife, top toast with lemon zest and nutritional yeast.
