How long until my bread gets here?

We ship orders weekly from San Diego. Orders received before Sunday at 11:59pm are shipped on Monday via USPS and are expected to arrive between Wednesday and Thursday.

What is your refund policy?

If your bread does not arrive in excellent condition, send us an email and we'll send out a replacement immediately.

Is PACHA bread safe for people with Celiac's disease?

Yes! PACHA bread is certified gluten-free and safe for anyone with a gluten allergy or sensitivity.

What is the shelf life of my PACHA bread?

PACHA bread will last up to 2 weeks if properly stored in the refrigerator after thawing. It can also be stored in the freezer until you're ready to use it, and will last up to 2 years frozen.

I bought the buns...They're funky looking in the package...didn't think I'd have enough to eat. because they're so flat.....I put them right into my freezer when the box arrived and I wasn't sure how to defrost it, slice it or toast it....But it was easy once I opened the first package. I made sure I separated the frozen buns from one another...transferred all but one bun to a freezer bag...returned them to the freezer and allowed one bun to defrost...When almost defrosted, I was able to slice it (carefully)...then put it into my toaster oven, watching carefully...Took a bit longer than I expected to toast to a golden brown...Reminded me of an English muffin...I slathered it with ghee....made myself two eggs and it became the best breakfast ever...I really couldn't believe how
delicious these buns are....I'm not someone who likes buckwheat products....actually can't stand the smell of buckwheat groats cooking...I grew up in a family that ate a lot f buckwheat...my grandmother was born in Russia... always made my grandfather kasha...and as a child, the smell of cooked kasha was revolting to me..So I didn't know what to expect when I bought these buckwheat buns...They do not taste buckwheat-y....they didn't smell buckwheat-y...They
just tasted a little bit sour from the vinegar (which I loved)...I love sourdough breads but I'm gluten free for at least 30 years....My gut doesn't respond to gassy foods and gluten is the worst thing I can eat........My stomach was calm after eating this buckwheat bun with ghee...I wasn't bloated...My body
really loved the effects of eating such a healthy bun without actually eating a grain...and yet I felt satisfied because I was eating bread without actually eating a fake gluten free frankenfood grain concoction that companies call bread......I love the simplicity of these ingredients....It's a tiny bit high in sodium for me...but other than that, it's perfect...I had a problem getting my order straightened out when I placing my first order....I was sent 2 loaves of bread although I ordered buns...I was a little miffed at this happening but it was eventually resolved...I was told to keep the 2 loaves of bread and 2 packages of buns were sent out immediately....So as annoyed as I initially was, after tasting these delicious buckwheat
buns, I realized I would have to eat my words that I would never place another other.......BUT, now I'm addicted to these bums and do not ever want to run out of my new favorite breakfast food.

It might be an acquired tasted for some....but I'm so happy to look forward bo breakfast every morning...Now me and my buckwheat buns are BFFs...I'm very happy to have taken the chance to place my first order...I truly love PACHA.
