Happiness is...

This bread has been my savior! Instead of eating ice cubes to improve my limited ingredient diet (joking, I wouldn't eat ice cubes, but many out there understand my sentiment...) I now have this bread. Just toasting with my vegan butter is terrific, but sometimes I melt "cheese" (vegan substitute) on the rolls after toasting and add some taste-filled bean dish, which is a full meal.

My gratitude knows no bounds!

I tried the sourdough one and its pretty good. I have yet to try it with savory items but i think the wheat could be a little finer

So Good

Better than I expected. Hard to believe it's only one main ingredient. They are right that it's better toasted. I have trouble ingesting refined or processed carbohydrates. This bread did not create any digestive trouble and I felt great after eating it.

Finally, a GF bread that is $uper ta$ty!!!

My eating plan is firmly gluten-free and, while I have happily adjusted, I really miss a good piece of toast with my eggs, soup, or salad. The options at Trader Joes and Costco are just ok, i.e. they punch the GF card, but the texture leaves much to be desired. Enter Pacha Loaf Sourdough Bread. At first, I balked at the price. With shipping, $32 for two loaves is $$$$$ anyway you slice it. In my case, I slice it a bit thicker than Pacha, because I got a nice 16 slices per loaf. That turns out to be $1 per slice, which suits me ok after all, especially since my first piece came out beautifully from the toaster and TOTALLY delighted my palate. It's not gummy, like many GF breads are. There are no additives so it's clean eating. And it holds together well when you spread a bit of goat cheese across it. I have it all sliced and stored in my freezer for a Toast As You Go option. I'll be back for more, Pacha. Thank you for this great product!
