FAQs

How long until my bread gets here?

We ship orders weekly from San Diego. Orders received before Sunday at 11:59pm are shipped on Monday via USPS and are expected to arrive between Wednesday and Thursday.

What is your refund policy?

Our bread is made from high-quality ingredients with NO preservatives, and it is perishable. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds. We do guarantee quality -- If your bread does not arrive in good condition, send us an email and we'll send out a replacement immediately.

Why is PACHA a little more expensive than other breads?

This image explains it all!

Our bread is packed with nutrients and flavor, while most other gluten free options are packed with binders, gums, and fillers. You get what you pay for, and we wanted to create a better product than what existed on the market. That meant including more whole, natural, organic ingredients and using regenerative agriculture practices to protect our planet's soil health — which is inherently more expensive than the alternatives.

We think of it like buying a car — some cars are just better, which is why they cost more. And like driving a luxury car, you (and your body) will feel the difference 😄

What is the shelf life of my PACHA bread?

PACHA bread will last up to 2 weeks if properly stored in the refrigerator after thawing. It can also be stored in the freezer until you're ready to use it, and will last up to 2 years frozen.

Where is PACHA made?

PACHA bread is baked fresh at our bakery in sunny San Diego, California.

Great bread

I love the garlic rye bread. I eat it almost every morning.
After ordering it by mail every 2 weeks, lately the loaves have so many air whole that the precut slices fall apart in the toaster!

Pacha - Brain/Breast Cancer Remission, stem cell therapy + Pacha again building muscle

Thank you. Pacha -Marvelous - For me, a true Life Save. After successful treatment to attempt to eradicate my metastatic brain+ breast cancer (including double mastectomy + craniotomy for removal of tumors, radiotherapy + experimental stem cell therapy), I was 5'6.78 inches tall, 86.5 lbs, and on a low car-moderate, Medical, Spanish Ketogenic Diet which has kept me cancer free (according to regular screening at several of the world's top cancer research facilities in the USA, Canada, + Mexico); however, I lacked
energy and couldn't gain weight. I exercised but not as I could in the past. In the past year, monthly, a close friend in NY, NY, who is a physician has bought me four of your loaves and 1 order of buns. I enjoy and have held down your breads without negative reactionenabling me to eat more and retain more fiber without diarrhea. I am now, at
sixty three, finally at a healthier weight (107 lbs.) and am regularly gaining weight, strength, and muscle.I swim a quarter mile daily, walk 5-7 miles a day, do low impact H.I.I.T, light strength/weight training; stretching; yoga; + I meditate only because I have enough energy to do more than raise on and off the bed or couch to grocery shop - which, previously, without your products as a staple in my diet, I just didn't have the strength or energy even to daily read the NY Times and/or walk. I especially love your products because they taste like my mother's, grandmothers', and great aunts and great Grandmother's breads and buns (they grew up on farms in NJ and Northern Long Island where they baked without fillers, preservatives, and added sugar, and used natural yeast from sprouting.) I wish you could post the rich, perfume of your products as they bake. Thank you. Religious or not, they remind me of the old testament's hope for food and to feed, keep healthy and heal humanity including through shared meals full of love and goodwill for life on earth (Ezekiel, Hippocrates, Taoism, Buddhism, Jainism, global ancient cultures - ex. + Scandinavians, Mayans, Romans, + Etruscans knew the significance of what, where, when, how and why we eat in order to be healthy. Whole Etruscans relished sharing meals on couches (see their tombli - tombs)- to be healthy and be less likely to die, I needed to rise daily from bed and eat out and off it - alone and or in company in person and/or via video chat - thank you for your help in rejuvenating me and my systemic cellular existence, mood,+ health. With more energy and without headaches and unnerving pain, I more cantankerous, less of a push over, and more of a civil rights activist - again...mile grazie just can't express my gratitude... And Joy ...L'chaim.

Fabulous!

This bread was better than I'd thought possible. I don't like most gluten free bread because they are usually made with either almond flour, which can cause inflammation, or with potato flour (which is unhealthy). This bread is perfect!
