FAQs

How long until my bread gets here?

We ship orders weekly from San Diego. Orders received before Sunday at 11:59pm are shipped on Monday via USPS and are expected to arrive between Wednesday and Thursday.

What is your refund policy?

Our bread is made from high-quality ingredients with NO preservatives, and it is perishable. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds. We do guarantee quality -- If your bread does not arrive in good condition, send us an email and we'll send out a replacement immediately.

Why is PACHA a little more expensive than other breads?

This image explains it all!

Our bread is packed with nutrients and flavor, while most other gluten free options are packed with binders, gums, and fillers. You get what you pay for, and we wanted to create a better product than what existed on the market. That meant including more whole, natural, organic ingredients and using regenerative agriculture practices to protect our planet's soil health — which is inherently more expensive than the alternatives.

We think of it like buying a car — some cars are just better, which is why they cost more. And like driving a luxury car, you (and your body) will feel the difference 😄

What is the shelf life of my PACHA bread?

PACHA bread will last up to 2 weeks if properly stored in the refrigerator after thawing. It can also be stored in the freezer until you're ready to use it, and will last up to 2 years frozen.

Where is PACHA made?

PACHA bread is baked fresh at our bakery in sunny San Diego, California.

Didn't really live up to my expectation

I was a little disappointed because the sourdough bread did not taste delicious like everybody was saying. Also the texture is very dense it does not toast up to be crispy like Ezekiel bread does. Cinnamon raisin bread it's very delicious but I got probably half as much. I am happy that it's gluten free so it's easy to digest. I'm wondering if a different variety of the sourdough bread would be tastier than the plain loaf that I received 🤔

Can’t eat and digest the bread

As a bypass patient of some 3yrs, I can have reactions to fiber products. And as you also have e I B S I’m also on a FODMAP Elimination diet. I’m sorry but bread products just are not working for me. Please take me off your mailing and/or subscription list.
