How long until my bread gets here?

We ship orders weekly from San Diego. Orders received before Sunday at 11:59pm are shipped on Monday via USPS and are expected to arrive between Wednesday and Thursday.

What is your refund policy?

If your bread does not arrive in excellent condition, send us an email and we'll send out a replacement immediately.

Is PACHA bread safe for people with Celiac's disease?

Yes! PACHA bread is certified gluten-free and safe for anyone with a gluten allergy or sensitivity.

What is the shelf life of my PACHA bread?

PACHA bread will last up to 2 weeks if properly stored in the refrigerator after thawing. It can also be stored in the freezer until you're ready to use it, and will last up to 2 years frozen.

Before I speak of the Sourdough Bread and Buckwheat Buns, I want to say the support, guidance, hand-holding I received as I made sense of my first order is impeccable. I am grateful because it was much simpler than I made it.

It’s fun to eat bread. I enjoy toast with anything from nut butters to veggies on open-faced and sandwiches. The bread holds together and is a feast for my senses.

Great chewy texture

I really liked the texture though I couldn’t get the bread really golden brown as recommended. Guess I’ll have to try with my toaster at highest setting. I wish it had more sourdough tang. Kudos to Pacha for making such a healthy loaf of bread.
