We ship orders weekly from San Diego. Orders received before Sunday at 11:59pm are shipped on Monday via USPS and are expected to arrive between Wednesday and Thursday.

Our bread is made from high-quality ingredients with NO preservatives, and it is perishable. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds. We do guarantee quality -- If your bread does not arrive in good condition, send us an email and we'll send out a replacement immediately.

Why is PACHA a little more expensive than other breads?
Our bread is packed with nutrients and flavor, while most other gluten free options are packed with binders, gums, and fillers. You get what you pay for, and we wanted to create a better product than what existed on the market. That meant including more whole, natural, organic ingredients and using regenerative agriculture practices to protect our planet's soil health — which is inherently more expensive than the alternatives.
We think of it like buying a car — some cars are just better, which is why they cost more. And like driving a luxury car, you (and your body) will feel the difference 😄

What is the shelf life of my PACHA bread?
PACHA bread will last up to 2 weeks if properly stored in the refrigerator after thawing. It can also be stored in the freezer until you're ready to use it, and will last up to 2 years frozen.

I live in Alaska and the box arrived on time via FedEx like I was told. The customer service is great keeping you informed about shipments and getting it ready. Thank you! Great job! I opened the box and didn’t have a toaster but ate a couple of slices and it’s absolutely delicious 😋. I stopped eating bread years ago and saw that the ingredients were few and decided to try. My next one will be the English muffins. I pull a slice out of the freezer let it sit in the counter a bit then eat it. Love the flavor, texture, soften, and that every ingredient is blended together equally. I am going to reuse the box and packaging to send a friend in NY a quart jar of honey garlic. The packaging really protects the fresh from the oven baked bread. I was amazed of this delicious delicate bread arrived safe and secured. My entire experience from the emails, friendliness customer service (Ace), a box still intact with the bread arriving so beautifully then the taste!! The picture below of the bread in my hand it’s partially frozen and I like to eat it this was because it has a smooth taste to it. This piece is beautiful in its frozen state and delicious! So much gratitude 🙏
Most GF products have starches and additives that cause me trouble. PACHA has been great. I'm waiting for the larger size bread before I order more. Looking forward to a bun (usually eat lettuce burgers) and the cinnamon raisin loaf. Only worried about calories. Having a bread option is dangerous.
