What is your refund policy?

Why is PACHA a little more expensive than other breads?

This image explains it all!

Our bread is packed with nutrients and flavor, while most other gluten free options are packed with binders, gums, and fillers. You get what you pay for, and we wanted to create a better product than what existed on the market. That meant including more whole, natural, organic ingredients and using regenerative agriculture practices to protect our planet's soil health — which is inherently more expensive than the alternatives.

We think of it like buying a car — some cars are just better, which is why they cost more. And like driving a luxury car, you (and your body) will feel the difference 😄

What is the shelf life of my PACHA bread?

PACHA bread will last up to 2 weeks if properly stored in the refrigerator after thawing. It can also be stored in the freezer until you're ready to use it, and will last up to 2 years frozen.

Where is PACHA made?

PACHA bread is baked fresh at our bakery in sunny San Diego, California.

Love It!

I like having the option of gluten free "anything", so the sourdough buns and bread have been a gamechanger. I also like a good crunch, so toasting them makes it even better. Thank you for creating good choices for health-conscious people.

Wonderful Substitute For English Muffins

I have missed English muffins since there are very few places that have gluten-free muffins. These are terrific when toasted: butter and jam with eggs, avocado toast, and tuna on toast.

I think it is so important that you guys created this product!!! It was so needed in this time of bread being such a hard thing to find. Especially when looking for bread that has been sprouted, organic, nonGMO and also gluten free. All I can say is please keep doing what you do. Don’t allow any other company to come through and buy away your creation or change the process and quality ……

Lynne Cooley

I prefer the unsliced buns. The presliced buns are hard and dried out

Delightful sandwiches

I love making sandwiches with my buckwheat buns - I find Pacha easy to digest, delicious, and very satisfying- it’s been wonderful for me since I previously had not eaten bread, for health reasons, for 6 years!
