Our sourdough buns are made with just four simple ingredients: sprouted buckwheat, flax, apple cider vinegar and Himalayan pink salt. They are sprouted and fermented for the most nutritious and tasty gluten-free bun you can find. With a chewy, almost english muffin consistency, and a nice sour taste, your burgers and sandwiches just got a whole lot better. Our buns are sold as a 6 pack.

Best bread I have ever had

This bread packs a punch! Very nutrient dense but easy to digest. Best served toasted!

Delicious and nutritious!

I tried all the varieties of Pacha loafs and love them. I usually eat them sliced and toasted with butter or avocado or some sort of spread. Pacha is a great supplement to soups or a light meal/heavy snack on its own. One of my favorite things about Pacha is that it’s an energy rich fuel I can eat before exercising, that doesn’t weigh me down or cause bloating.

The best for sandwiches

I’ve been gluten free for years and hadn’t found a good sourdough I could use for sandwiches or burgers before Pacha

Very good

They need a little visual improvement. Possibly black sesame seeds on top or something similar. They taste fantastic toasted!
